Yes. Most of our volume is residential yards, but we also handle HOA common areas, community entrances and commercial landscape beds. For commercial work we provide a certificate of insurance and W-9 before starting, and we can schedule around business hours where access requires it.

Almost always, and it saves you money. A very common combination is mulch removal plus dyed mulch installation, or bed edging plus a full mulch refresh on the same beds. Bundling means one trip, one setup and one price rather than two separate service calls.

Push a finger into the soil near the bed edge. If it is compacted, uneven, or still has live weeds under the old mulch, prep needs to happen first. We check this on every estimate and itemize it separately, so you see exactly what is mulch cost and what is prep cost.

Delivery means we bring fresh bulk material to your driveway and you or your crew spreads it. Installation means our crew clears, edges and spreads the mulch for you, with the guarantee attached. Delivery-only costs less but skips the depth and edge check that keeps mulch looking right through a full season.

We do not design landscapes or handle plantings, irrigation or tree work. We are a mulch delivery and installation company, which means we work within an existing landscape plan. If you need a full redesign, we are happy to point you toward landscape designers we trust, and we will be here when the beds need mulch.

Normally within the same week for most residential jobs. Larger full-property programs and commercial or HOA work can run a little further out since we schedule crews across multiple properties. That stretches during peak spring planting season. Calling earlier in the week generally gets you a better slot than calling Friday afternoon.

A satisfaction guarantee on every install. If a bed was spread too thin, an edge line was not cut clean, or something was missed, tell us and we come fix it at no charge. Washout from an unrelated drainage issue or normal seasonal fade is not a workmanship issue, but we will always come look and tell you honestly which category it falls into.

No. Estimates are free and on site, because there is no honest way to price a mulch job from a phone description alone. We measure the beds, check drainage and existing mulch condition, and hand you a written flat price. There is no deposit required to get that number and no obligation to book.
