Mulch Is All We Do

No mowing route, no tree work, no full landscaping crew stretched across ten trades. Bulk mulch delivery, mulch installation, dyed mulch, pine straw and playground mulch across metro Atlanta — which is why we know exactly what fails here and when.

A mulch-only crew in Atlanta

Most companies that will spread your mulch also mow, trim hedges, spray for weeds and do whatever else came through the phone that week. There is nothing wrong with that, but it means mulch is the thing they fit around other work. For us, mulch is the only work. That focus is the whole reason we can tell you within a few minutes of walking your beds which material and depth actually make sense, and whether a bed needs prep before mulch goes down at all.

We are a brand-new company built specifically to do one thing well across Fulton County and the surrounding metro — tight intown foundation beds in Atlanta and Decatur where red clay compacts hard against a house slab, and larger sloped lots out in Roswell and Alpharetta where washout on a hillside bed is the bigger risk. Different lot, different failure mode, different answer.

How we price, and why we publish it

We put our actual price ranges on the website, which almost nobody in this trade does. The reason is simple: homeowners have no way to judge whether a mulch quote is reasonable, and that information gap is where people get overcharged. If you know mulch should run $55 to $95 a cubic yard installed and someone quotes you $160, you have learned something useful.

Every estimate is free and on site. We measure the beds, check drainage and existing mulch condition, then hand you a written flat price. That number does not change once work starts unless you change the scope. There is no deposit required to get a quote and no obligation to book.

What we will tell you that costs us money

If your beds just need edging and a light top-off, not a full tear-out and replace, we will say so. If a bed sits low and holds water, we will flag it before quoting mulch, because fresh material spread over a wet spot rots and needs replacing within months and that is a callback we do not want either. If natural pine bark will do the job for less than dyed hardwood on a bed that size, we will tell you that too. We would rather have the referral than the extra yardage.

Licensed and insured Georgia contractor with liability coverage on every job. We will send our license number and a certificate of insurance before work begins, and HOAs and property managers can request documentation for their files. [License number to be added at launch.]

Materials we actually use

Natural pine bark as our standard mulch for most beds, because it drains well and holds its position on Georgia clay. Dyed black, brown or red hardwood mulch where uniform color and a finished look matter more than cost, pine straw for acid-loving beds and the lowest cost per bed, and certified engineered wood fiber for playgrounds and play areas where safety-surfacing depth is not optional. Our mulch comparison walks through where each one earns its cost.

The guarantee, in plain terms

We stand behind every install. If mulch was spread too thin, an edge line was not cut clean, or a bed was missed, tell us and we come fix it at no charge. What it does not cover is neglect: mulch that washed out because a downspout was never redirected, or color fade that is simply the material doing what mulch naturally does over a season. That is not a workmanship failure, and we will refresh it at our normal per-yard rate rather than pretend otherwise.

Questions

About our company

We are a newly launched mulch specialist built to serve metro Atlanta. Add your real founding date and any prior industry experience here before launch — specific numbers build far more trust than a vague claim about being established, and this is one of the most common questions on estimates.

Yes, licensed in Georgia and carrying liability insurance on every job. We provide the license number and a certificate of insurance before work begins, without being asked. HOAs, condo associations and property managers routinely need this for their files and we send it as a matter of course.

No. The people who quote your job are the people who do it. That matters more than it sounds: a subcontracted crew has no stake in whether the bed actually holds up, and no reason to flag a drainage problem that would shrink the job. Our guarantee only works because the same crew owns the result.

Because the details are where these jobs fail, and you only learn those details by doing nothing else. Matching material to bed slope and sun exposure, spreading to the right depth by bed type, cutting an edge that actually holds — none of that is obvious, and all of it decides whether the job still looks good in six months. Specializing is how we keep callbacks low.

Call us and we come back. Workmanship issues — thin spots, a missed edge, an uneven bed — are fixed at no charge. Washout from a redirected downspout that was never fixed, or normal color fade over a season, is refreshed at our normal per-yard rate. Either way you get a real person on the phone rather than a warranty claims process.

Not for estimates, ever. For scheduled work we generally collect on completion after you have walked the beds with us and confirmed you are happy. Very large commercial jobs are the exception, and any deposit terms are stated in writing on the quote before you agree to anything.

Yes, and we do it regularly. If your beds just need edging or a light top-off instead of a full tear-out and replace, saying so costs us a job today and usually earns the job later plus a referral. The homeowners who become repeat customers are almost always the ones we talked into spending less on the first visit.

Yes. We handle HOA common areas, community entrances, retail pads and multi-family landscape beds in addition to residential yards. We provide a certificate of insurance and W-9 up front, and can invoice associations directly.

As a new company we do not have a large photo library from past customer properties yet, but the homepage gallery shows the type and quality of work we do. We are also happy to give you addresses of completed jobs in your area once we have them, so you can drive by and look yourself.

Fourteen communities: Atlanta, Decatur, Brookhaven, Chamblee, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Peachtree Corners, Marietta, Smyrna, Vinings and Kennesaw. No trip charge on any of them. Outside that radius, call and ask about larger jobs.
